Exhibitor Registration
- All badges will bear
ONLY the name of the company on the Exhibit Space
Contact.
- Badges for individuals
not working in your booth should be ordered via attendee registration.
- COMPLIMENTARY EXHIBITOR
BADGE CALCULATION:
- CastExpo
- Each exhibiting
company is allowed two complimentary CastExpo and
Sessions registrations and three complimentary
CastExpo only registrations for the first 300 square
feet of contracted exhibit space.
- Two additional
complimentary CastExpo only registrations will be
provided for each additional 100 square feet beyond
the first 300 square feet of contracted exhibit
space.
- Badges requested
above the complimentary allotment are $50 for each
CastExpo registration only, and $325 for each
CastExpo and Sessions registration.
- Cast in North
America Pavilion
- Each exhibiting
company is allowed two complimentary full CastExpo
registrations which includes both technical and
design track sessions along with the exhibits for
each 10x10 booth contracted for.
- Badges requested
above the complimentary allotment are $50 for each
exhibits only; $165 for exhibits and design track
sessions only; and $325 for additional full CastExpo
registrations.
- Show management reserves
the right to abbreviate the name of exceptionally long
company names UNLESS exhibitor submits a preferred
abbreviation.
- Exhibitors wishing to
individualize address information per registrant must
use the online registration system.
- Each exhibitor personnel
will be emailed a confirmation with barcode for Express
Badge pickup at CastExpo. NO badges will be mailed.

MINIMUM AGE RESTRICTION
For the safety of our guests, children under the age of 16 are not permitted on the show floor.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Notice of cancellation of CastExpo registration must be in
writing and received by March 1, 2010 for a refund, minus a
$25.00 administration fee. There will be no refunds after
March 1, 2010. Substitutes will be accepted at any time.

received in writing will not be honored.
