On-line Space Application

• All pop-up blockers must be disabled for the site to function properly.

• Please review the Rules and Regulations for hall specifications and other important details prior to applying for space.

• In order to apply online, a credit card will be required for the $800 non-refundable deposit.  Please download the pdf version of the Space Application if deposit by check is desired.

• Simply click on the below link to be directed to the floor plan.  All space highlighted in green is available, blue on hold and gold represents sold space.  To navigate, use the scale at the left of the floor plan or click on sections of the thumbnail located in the upper right corner.

• To make your selection, highlight and click on the space you are requesting.  This space will populate as your first choice on the application and provides for alternate selections as well.  Spaces may be combined to meet larger space requirements. To do so, select one of the spaces in your combination and provide the additional numbers in the space provided. Please note: end caps are required to be a minimum of 20 x 20.  Assignments are made in the order applications are received.  We encourage you to provide other space selections in the event your first choice is no longer available at the time of processing.

• Review the terms of the contract, complete the application in full and submit.

• Upon receipt, the space will be placed on hold while eligibility, membership and other processing is being completed.  Upon completion, a letter confirming your assignment will be sent and the floor plan will be updated from a hold to sold status.
